PROTEUS Continues Campaign to support Troops through "Treats" and Services

Annapolis Junction, MD, March 10, 2008 – For the third time in two years, PROTEUS Technologies and a group of its caring employees teamed up to provide packages for our troops serving our country abroad.  Wayne Wheeles, a senior staff member of PROTEUS, has once again led the team in this successful endeavor.  The Treats for Troops Group Gift Coordinator had this to say about the outstanding support provided by Wayne Wheeles and PROTEUS, “Long-time super-sponsor Wayne Wheeles works for PROTEUS Technologies, a highly respected software development company.  Luckily for our troops, both Wayne and Teresa and Chuck Taylor, PROTEUS’ owners, are very committed to supporting the troops. With PROTEUS’ backing and support, Wayne was able to continue his amazing drive to get packages to as many soldiers as possible.”  PROTEUS is a company dedicated to serving the needs of its country, whether it be by supporting the warfighter with a much needed boost through a basket of goodies from home, or through the daily efforts of all of its staff members in providing innovative solutions to the challenges inherent in fighting the war on terror, the company always follows through.

This 3rd campaign to provide treat packages for our U.S. service men and women was as successful as the past two, with several dozen 3 lb. packages of goodies and necessities delivered to our nation’s military members who are so far away from home and family.  Wayne regularly receives heartfelt thank you cards and letters from the service members who receive the packages, and nothing compares to the feeling of helping someone feel connected and appreciated as they are sacrificing so much to serve their country.

PROTEUS is proud to provide continued corporate support for Wayne’s campaign, and will continue to do so, as long as we have members of our armed services serving their country and far away from the comforts of home.
