Software Engineers
We are seeking a mid-level software engineer to join our Burlington office. You will become a member of a strong development team which uses the latest technologies to provide innovative software solutions for our clients. Responsibilities will include assisting in the architecture and design process, building and integrating front-end and back-end software components, and utilizing configuration management techniques to build, test, document, and deploy the software.
  • Required Education:BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field  
  • Required Experience:3-7 years of software development experience 
  • Clearance Requirements:A TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph is highly desired, but not required. You must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a clearance. 
  • Required Skills
    • Strong Java development skills
    • Experience researching and adopting new technologies
    • Demonstrated understanding of object-oriented software architecture and design patterns
    • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment
  • Desired Skills
    • Experience with UNIX-based development environments
    • Experience with FLEX UI development
    • Experience with automated regression testing including automated UI testing
    • Experience with build automation, using tools such as Maven, and continuous integration
    • Demonstrated technical writing skills in support of software development
    • Applicable recognized certifications (e.g. Java, Linux, Microsoft)
    • Experience with version control systems such as CVS and Subversion
    • Experience with agile development and Scrum
    • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl and Groovy
    • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, OSGi
    • Experience with web technologies such as JSP, Web Services, SOAP, and frameworks
    • Experience with distributed, component based, client server architectures
    • Experience with Oracle and SQL
