Help Desk Technician
Corporate Operations
Interface regularly with customers, developers, and other support personnel to satisfy communication requirements.
Support preventative maintenance and updates to ensure the readiness of the operators systems and system accounts on several systems.
Maintain and update all SOP’s pertaining to the helpdesk.
Diagnose and correct equipment and system malfunctions to include hardware, software and networks.
Maintain a log of all work that has been completed through Remedy and Clearquest database.
Provide training to new team members.
Perform configuration management using CVS.
Perform accounts administration creating, deleting and modifying accounts using SQL.
- Required Education:Associate degree required; bachelors preferred
- Required Experience:
- Clearance Requirements:A TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph is required.

Required Skills
- Experience with: MS Office Suite, Unix, Linux, Red Hat, SQL, Sun Microsystems, Solaris, MS DOS, Mozilla Firefox, Remedy and Clearquest.
