Mr. David Collier joined PROTEUS in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, David oversees all corporate financial operations and is providing the necessary strategy and plans to support growth as PROTEUS moves into a mid-sized company. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Mobile Posse, providing financial and operational leadership for an emerging player in the mobile advertising industry.

David brings nearly 20 of years experience in financial and operations management in the technology sector, typically joining early stage companies as a member of the management team. As the head of Finance at Kajeet, a mobile services provider, he managed the creation and operations for all aspects of accounting and finance through the early stage and growth stage of the company. As Vice President of Business Operations for USinternetworking, he led a 25 person team that supported and drove sales, created successful partner relationships, managed profitability and grew the business through acquisitions.

David began his career in 1987, and holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors in Business Finance, both from the University of Maryland.

David enjoys spending time with his wife, four children and son-in-law. He also continues to play soccer, enjoys following sports of all kinds, and spending as much of his time outdoors as possible.
